Returns & Refunds
We can offer a refund or exchange on items that are returned within 30 days of delivery.
Returned items must be:
- In a clean and unused condition
- In the original packaging
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
Refunds can only be processed back to the original payment method. Any items received in a non-sellable condition will not be accepted.
If you received a Paperspot item as a gift, you may return it for an exchange or credit note only. Please state this clearly when arranging the return.
How to Arrange a Return
All returns must be pre-authorised. Please contact us first using our contact form to arrange your return.
Returns are processed within 5 working days of parcels arriving at our warehouse. Refunds or exchanges will be processed shortly after inspection.
Please note: You are responsible for the returned items until they arrive safely back at our warehouse. We strongly recommend using a tracked service and keeping proof of postage.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you have received a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us immediately via our contact form. For items deemed faulty, we will send a prepaid return label. Please do not send faulty items back without prior agreement.
Items Purchased from Retailers / Stockists
If you purchased items from one of our stockists or retailers, you will need to contact them directly. We are unable to process refunds or exchanges on items bought from third-party retailers.
Important: None of the above terms affect your statutory rights under UK consumer law, including The Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 and your rights regarding faulty or misdescribed goods.
